We specialize in FHA, VA, Rural Housing/USDA, and 203K rehabs. We also provide Conventional and “turn-key” new construction financing. Our experience and expertise has also earned us a reputation of being able to do the “Hard Loans” well. James has been Nationally ranked among the top 5 loan originators in the State of WA by Mortgage Originator Magazine. During the past 13 years the NESBIT TEAM has closed over 3700 loans.
